Pirates of Watches & Wonders 2024: SpaceOne Watches

Planetarium on your wrist

Guillaume Laidet, current CEO of Nivada Grenchen and Vulcain, this time is coming comes to the scene as the co-founder of SpaceOne Watches, presenting a timepiece with the most futuristic design and exceptional complication.

Tellurium is the new ultra-sleek model, which was inspired by the Tellurium from the 18th century and combined the exceptional engineering and design skills of Olivier Gamiette with the genius horological mind of Théo Auffret. Gamiette balances his creative pursuits with a career in the automotive industry, where he designs for Peugeot by day, transforming into a watch designer by night. Thanks to his talents, Tellurium is encompassed in a 42 mm titanium shell that challenges conventional design norms, evoking the image of a smoothly contoured, silver pebble. The complex Tellurium mechanism is enabled by a specially designed module conceptualised by Théo Auffret, manufactured in Switzerland, and assembled in Paris, utilising the reliable Soprod P024 movement and integrated seamlessly into the watch’s unique architecture.

A really cool timepiece.
